I’m convinced Kajal is the secret ingredient at Pita Pit! 🌯😄 She is always so accommodating with my never-ending customizations (extra this, less that, sauce on the side… you name it). She handles every request like a pro and never makes me feel like I just created a “build-your-own masterpiece” challenge.
Her customer service is amazing — always smiling, always friendly, and always patient. Honestly, she makes my pita and my day better at the same time. She’s the reason I keep coming back to this location… at this point, it’s not just for the food, it’s for the Kajal experience! Highly recommend!😘😘😘

I visited Pita Pit in downtown Guelph and tried the falafel rice bowl, and it was honestly amazing! Yash and Pranjal made it perfectly — fresh, flavourful, and exactly the way I wanted. Their communication and customer service were great, and they made the whole experience really smooth. Definitely recommending this location!

I’ve gone to pita pit for years always appreciate being able to get a nice big pita full of fresh veggies. I had gotten off work and was hungry so I ordered ahead of time and got my usual. I was so disappointed when I picked up my pita and it was literally a third of the size it typically is. I kid you not they literally put like a teaspoon of each veggie I asked for on the pita. I had also splurged and got bacon and extra cheese, which brought my pita to close to $20. This was the most disappointing pita I have ever gotten. Will not go to this location again. For reference order was Nov 15 at 7pm .

I have been coming home pretty late from work lately and I need a little something to eat before I head to bed. My wife is asleep, so I need to pick something up. I stopped to Pita Pit a few weeks ago and my guy Duarghesh (I hope I got that name right brother, I'll be working on it ) talked me into getting the shawarma chicken on a Caesar pita, instead of the more plain chicken. What a game changer!! I gave been back twice more, and my boy keeps making it great. I have tried the Cajun chicken, but I'll go back to the shawarma. It makes a great tasty snack, that isn't greasy like a burger. It sits well when I'm trying to sleep. Duarghesh, you always have a big smile for me when I come in and remember me. I love the service here as well as the food. Thank you for being so awesome
