We had Platters cater our wedding this past August and are so happy we did. People still talk about how great the food was! We had reception platters during the cocktail hour which were very much enjoyed. We did buffet style for dinner and had a nacho bar afterward. My husband and I used Platters Catering for our wedding and rehearsal dinner and we couldn’t have asked for better meals! The appetizers were displayed so beautifully and had a lot of flavor. Our guests loved the steak, phyllo wrapped veggies and stuffed chicken with cranberry and brie entrees, and the salads, pastas and desserts were also cooked to perfection and served hot. John and his staff went over and above our expectations for our staff lunch today. One commented that the shaved roast beef in their Fig Peppercorn sauce was among the best roast beef they had ever had. Delivery was prompt and service was wonderful on a snowy winters day. We will definitely use them again.
