Ambience was good and food was Ok, but I wasn't impressed much by the taste as it was very mild for spices.Reply to your remark:Neither I said your food is bad nor I said peppers and chillies were an issue, i clearly said spices and I do understand the difference between chillies and spices, hope you should have read my review thoroughly and took that in good spirit as an improvement suggestion. Your name says Authentic Indian, I am sorry if it hurts you but the food wasn't close to authentic, I am still saying it was Ok but not to the expectation as your name suggests, I will review my rating again when I try your food next time. Hope you take this review in good spirit.

After a long visit to the DriveTest, we found out that the closest Indian joint was Pranaam. On arrival at the restaurant we found out that dine in was closed but take away was available for certain dishes. But when we said we were not in the mood for takeout, Ms. Kamini Shukla told us that we were welcome to sit and eat. She made one of the best Vada Pav and Pav Bhaji we have had in a long long time. Apart from the taste and quality of the food we were deeply touched by her hospitality. Athithi Devo Bhava at its best ?. Thanks again Kamini for the scrumptious meal and your kind hospitality. Every time we are in Guelph we will visit your restaurant.

Sweet (Gulab Jamun)- 5/5They don’t have dine in opened yet, was expecting to sit there.

*DO NOT EAT FROM HERE*I have tried their food from restaurant one day, it was worst food I have ate (in last 2 years) since I came to Canada.Again Worst Experience in their tiffin.Too much oily and unhealthy subjies and dal. Their Roties were half cooked.I got health issue after eating it for 2 days.I would suggest to eat from any fast food restaurants rather than Pranam. I would give negative stars if I can

Delicious food made on time at a reasonable price ? I’m looking forward to future visits to try more menu items, but it seems like I always have a craving for palak paneer ?

Food quality was like 0 . I went through their one time for pickup and they gave me after 25 minutes. I did understand sometimes they get rush hour however the quality of the food is so sucks.they gave me food without cook and without any test .

WORST RESTAURANT EVER..IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR FESTIVE VIBES ON, THEN PLEASE NEVER EVER VISIT THIS RESTAURANT.I wanted to rate you guys even below this.. but the least you can rate is 1-star. You guys made mess of our Dussehra celebration. My whole friends and family were waiting for jalebi-fafda and khaman since morning. But what you gave us was PATHETIC.On first hand, I ordered 3 separate orders all under my name. In short my total order was:1) Fafda- 6lbs2) Jalebi- 3lbs3) Khaman- 1lbI reached there and there was no one at the counter to serve us. I waited there for 10 minutes and no one came. Then I had to roam inside their grocery store as well as restaurant to find someone who could serve me. Then a guy came and I told him that I have 3 separate orders. He checked his diary but in that diary there was no order under my name. Then he went back to the kitchen to confirm my order. After that a lady came and she said that your order is there only. When she was serving my order she told me that the khaman is over because her employees sold it to other customers. My point is if I wont get what I ordered then what is the point if pre-ordering almost 24 hours before pick up?Second blunder they did, was there was no sambhaaro with fafda. The lady said we don't serve sambhaaro with fafda. When I placed order, I specifically told the order taker to please serve me more sambhaaro. But that guy didn't inform me about the unavailability of Sambhaaro. Then some respite came from the lady's side. She told me that she will make fresh sambhaaro for me but it will take 20 minutes. I was happy to wait for that.Third blunder they committed was when she served me with all the available items. She told me that the jalebi is only 2 lbs. Even though I ordered 3 lbs, she insisted me to take 2 lbs only. This was Heights of UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I totally understand that she gave me those jalebis for free. But what is the point you already shattered my festival spirit. If 10 people are waiting for the food and you take home only food for 6 people, then what is the point of pre-ordering???On top of that, she is giving me lame excuses that her staff did all these blunders. But my question is who manages staff?? Its the management and there was NO MANAGEMENT literally...Finally, when we reached home with less stuff and no Khaman. We realized the Sambhaaro she made was good for only 2 people. And the chutneys they served were good for only 4 people. And we were 10 people in total. And I am really sorry to say, the food we brought was pathetic.Money was never an issue. I even asked the order taker for the interac ID to pay money in advance. These people made fun of our emotions and festival. Everyone was so disappointed with their food and service. This is not the right way to run a food business. These guys wasted our time and money both. I came all the way from Waterloo only to get our whole festive vibe killed.I know now I will receive a negative reply from the owner and I am ready for that. But what I wrote is all truth. And I know owner also know that I have written the truth only.I would request everyone to NEVER EVER GO to this restaurant in future..

Wonderful first experience at Pranaam. Excellent takeout food and a wide selection of quality groceries. Helpful and friendly service from the kind family owners. We'll be back soon and often ?

Great food, and amazing service at this restaurant. The order takes a while to come out of the kitchen but all dishes were prepared fresh, and spices were well blended into the natural taste of the dish - even when you ask to make things extra or less spicy from normal preparation. Loved their garlic naan as well.

I ordered 3 large dishes from this restaurant for take out. When I checked after reaching in my truck. Two containers were half filled. I talked with the cashier, he was rude, dishonest and not loyal with customers.Never ever go to this place if you would like to eat Indian dishes with kind, honest and loyal customer service.I am giving you a reply by editing my reviewFirst of all, your language showed, how you guys respect your customers ?Secondly, if you think, your curries were fully filled then, why you told me to come back.Thirdly, I am a Long haul truck driver, I am bonded with my company to deliver the load on time with appointments So, I don’t have any leisure time to waste with you guys.Last but not the least, you told me that you will prepare my order in given time but you took 20 mins extra. If you don’t know, ask the other guy. That was why, I came late. In that mean time, I did grocery for my trip. And either I come on time or not, i think, you don’t have issue with that. If I order and will not pick my order then, You can say like this.About Reviews, check my reviews. If I wrote any review wrong then, let me know. I explained with picturesYou are the first business who charge for large curries and give half or quarter curries. Also, I wanna suggest you, if you are new business, pls go to any business in Brampton, check their prices as well as quantity then, you will definitely know how honest and loyal are you with customersThanks

Very good food & best customer service ?

The team there is very passionate and motivated for best customer service. There were times when I gave them feedback about their products, restaurant services and programs organized. Each time they took it positively and tried to provide better service. I have been their customer for almost the time they started their store. And have seen them mature as a business in Guelph.
