Carson is really well versed in understanding beer and scotch with respect to the manufacturing process as well as the taste profile. I have tasted the best beers and scotch under his hand. The beers, scotch and meal he suggested was top notch. The level of knowledge and expertise in unmatched to any bartender I've interacted with.
Will definitely revisit.

Stopped in Guelph on our way to Elora and Stratford for the weekend. Stopped downtown and wandered into Royal Electric and sat on the patio. My wife went inside and came back and said you won't believe how amazing the place was inside...I went inside...and went back in time to 1993... This was the Trasheteria ! Oh and the food was amazing... I had the Nashville Chicken sandwich and she had the halloumi burger. The nostalgia and the fantastic food was almost too much....

Had a great dinner here. The fish sandwich was oh so good! The side salad was also excellent. Service was friendly. My mocktail was also very good! I would definitely eat here again. The background music was enjoyable and at a good level. I encourage you to try out this restaurant, you won’t be disappointed.
