Hot gravy typically melts cheese curds.... I ordered a poutine. It came almost cold, with good old cheese curds. It's really not what I expect from a poutine place. The lady that answered my phone indicated they used warm gravy, warm so now I'm questioning the temperature of the gravy and whether it a bacteria breeding ground. I'm the Smokes biggest fan but this visit was a let down. It was immediately after the Santa Claus parade and there was only one employee. So it was a long wait but that wasn't the bad part. The fries were hard. I got the double double but even with the extra gravy it couldn't save the obviously old fries. �
Only one person working so I've been waiting 22 minutes for a regular poutine. Not to mention how unsanitary it is to have one person running back and forth from cash to prepping food. No safe food handling done here.
