Bouncers, yall have guys groping women, shoving them, and throwing drinks on them and you’d rather give girls hard times about their valid ids??
They need to have bouncers stationed by the dance floor watching for creeps seriously. Do your job instead of power tripping on girls.

I wanted to like this place, but the door staff makes it impossible. The bouncers were disrespectful and acted like they were looking for a reason to flex authority instead of doing their job professionally. The way they spoke to people was unnecessary and escalated a normal situation into a tense one. A good bar has security that keeps things safe without making customers feel targeted. I won’t be coming back.

I had a terrible experience here. All the staff are extremely rude and on a power trip - especially the bouncers. One of the bartenders refused to serve my group of friends for no reason. I’ve heard many stories of bouncers doing whatever they please but this is insane. One of the older bouncers has been very creepy with my friend and other ones are more concerned with their own lives and barely doing their jobs. None of them are qualified to be bouncers. This is a terrible bar and I would not recommend.

Alyssa was genuinely the worst bartender/person I’ve ever met in my life. She is on some kind of power trip, kicking girls out for no reason. This is not the first time I’ve had problems with her and not the first time I’ve heard about other people having problems with her as well. This women needs to be fired.

My friends and I come to the ranch very frequently and often have a really great time. This past weekend I had a horrible experience with a bar tender, Alyssa. My friends and I were at the bar waiting for a drink, mind you it was quite busy so the wait time was long which is very understandable. My friends and I were waiting to be served and talking amongst each other. While we were waiting Alyssa told my friends and I that she would NOT serve us because we were “leaning over the bar” which by the way not sure how resting your arm on the bar is a big enough problem to decline service to a customer. Then a moment later another customer who was talking to my friends started ordering and she said “if you’re ordering for ANY of these 4 girls I’m not serving you either” then followed by her yelling at us to go find service from another bar tender then proceeded to says B-BYE which I also saw in a previous review. And unfortunately this is NOT the first time she has refused service to me for NO REASON. Im always very kind and respectful to any bar tender and often tip them aswell. I’ve also never had a single issue with any other bar tender at the ranch or any other establishment. I love coming to the ranch with my friends we always have a really fun time, but safe to say I WILL be avoiding Alyssa to ensure that I have a great night at the ranch.

This is genuinely difficult to say, as this was one of my favourite bars. However, after my experience with Alyssa, I will not be returning. She was extremely rude and told me she would not serve me because my friend asked for a straw, to which she responded in a very dismissive manner. I had not spoken at all, yet she looked at me, and once my friends left, she allowed me to sit there for ten minutes before saying, “I’m not serving you. You and your friends can find a different server. B-BYE.” I responded that I hadn’t said a single word to her, and she repeated, “B-BYE,” which I found extremely unprofessional. I am always very kind and respectful to servers and bartenders, as I am a server myself, but this experience was truly disappointing and frankly ruined my night. It took me forty minutes to receive my first drink as a result of this interaction. Other workers like Flash, have been amazing, however Alyssa needs to go!
