There was a very rude lady working today, August 1 at around 2pm. There was one person ordering at the counter and I had lined up directly behind them, as one usually does at Starbucks. I didn’t realize there was a small sign off to the side that said “line up here”.
This employee (who wasn’t even working the register) came over to the till and shouted “LINE UP OVER THERE!” … like okay miss ma’am… there was one other customer behind me in line and I don’t it was necessary to yell at us.
Management should probably do something about this one because from the looks of these reviews, this was not a one time thing.

I went there to get my Birthday freebie. The lady customer asked me you haven’t got it in last few days instead of greeting me and asking what should I like.Like seriously! Why would I ask for something again if I had it already.Rude customer service even by the order taker and the one who served me.The starbucks close to this location is much better in terms of customer service.

I have tired to order a Venti caramel macchiato and a hot breakfast item..Through Uber eats. I was unable due to the fact that there isn't coffee or any hot drinks on the menu.I wonder how a coffee shop doesn't have hot drinks on the menu?Very disappointed!

Just received my order via delivery and the store didn't provide a straw so I can't drink my frappuccino.
The food and drinks here are excellent. The service is okay but I find that it can be inconsistent. Sometimes, it takes 10 minutes for food but my drink was made quicker. One time I ordered a cold pastry and it took about 10 minutes to get to me, while the employees were standing around and talking amongst themselves. Overall, I enjoy coming to this Starbucks.

Just awful- went through the drive thru requested a cappuccino with cinnamon - no cinnamon and they have no clue how to make a decent cup of coffee anymore and for the price of 6 dollars. Honestly lately I feel Starbucks should just close down their quality keeps
