The worker on a Wednesday afternoon in this place seems like he doesn’t want to work at all. We asked for our sub to be toasted but he didn’t. We asked nicely but he ignored our request and made our sub quickly and doesn’t even put it in a to go bag. Very disappointed. Poor service.

Not inviting atmosphere at all. No eye contact or greeting. Literally the worst Subway in Guelph. Same arrogant man working for many years with the same stinky attitude. Not approachable or even remotely kind. Looked my family up and down and suggested we pay before he makes our food. I refused and told him he can make the food first before I pay and all he kept saying is debit? Debit? Debit? I saw another staff do it to a local unhoused person a few weeks ago with the same condescending tone.I told him he should make better choices when customers are entering his store, and decided to take my business elsewhere. 10/10 will not return. I live downtown and I’d rather Uber Eats a different subway for delivery.

Who ever owns this place has no idea how to run a business and is not customer service oriented, called in an order for 12:30 I show up at 12:45 they waited until I got there to make the sub. Avoid this place and go to another subway, always have lack of ready ingredients they care more about petty amounts of money than they do the customer experience .

This place has a low reviews for a reason. I went in today at 12:30pm And there was only white bread made, the sub was not made with care, and when I asked for the halves to be wrapped separately, the guy shook his head. As I left, I said I was going to give you a bad review but you already have a really bad one so I don’t need to and instead of the guy apologizing, he gave me attitude. Not only did I have a bad experience now I have to eat this Sub

I was going to get a sub until I saw how gross and soggy every vegetable was. I’m a literal trained chef, there’s absolutely no way that would pass a health inspection. The lettuce was brown and frozen, the tomatoes were sitting in an inch of their own juice, there were sauces all over the cheese slices. It’s not hard to make a sandwich, but apparently it for this horrific location.

Good quality subs. great location in downtown guelph for many office goers looking for a quick lunch. I always buy the Veggie Wrap and the owners put good quantity of veggies etc.They have been there operating for years and in downtown guelph there can be challenging customers at times and appreciate the owners resilience and maintaining this location.Order the items most popular as the movement will ensure fresher buns/breads/wraps etc.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. I asked for veggie patty and they didn’t have it. The bread was 3-4 days old. It was hard to eat the bread. No taste at all. Even the staff didn’t put effort answering the question. Would never recommend this location to anyone.

I ordered a 12-inch sub, I get home to realize that the sub was soggy and I just believed it had too much sauce possibly. After a couple of hours, I feel sick and will start having constant trips to the bathroom. I haven't eaten anything else today except the sub I purchased earlier. Its now 1:00 AM and I still feel sick and can't leave the bathroom.
