Not inviting atmosphere at all. No eye contact or greeting. Literally the worst Subway in Guelph. Same arrogant man working for many years with the same stinky attitude. Not approachable or even remotely kind. Looked my family up and down and suggested we pay before he makes our food. Who ever owns this place has no idea how to run a business and is not customer service oriented, called in an order for 12:30 I show up at 12:45 they waited until I got there to make the sub. Avoid this place and go to another subway, always have lack of ready ingredients they care more about petty amounts of money than they do the customer experience .

The worker on a Wednesday afternoon in this place seems like he doesn’t want to work at all. We asked for our sub to be toasted but he didn’t. We asked nicely but he ignored our request and made our sub quickly and doesn’t even put it in a to go bag. Very disappointed. Poor service.
