Honestly you really can't go wrong dining at Swiss Chalet, the food is consistently good, they frequently have coupons and promotions and the price is quite reasonable which is a tough thing to come by these days.
We recently went for fathers day (Grandpa + family of four). Vanessa took great care of us. She made the kid's visit extra special by letting them go into the toy box. The boys also enjoyed the kids menu while the parents and grandparents enjoyed the good ol' 1/4 chicken with fries.
My only recommendation, really if any is the washrooms could use a renovation (I know you go to a restaurant for the bathroom but it does leave an impression). All in all, I always leave happy and again it's nice that this place has coupons for when you're on a budget, it's family friendly and gives you scene points if you collect them.
