Avoid this location!!! The dead flies were on par with the up keep of this place. Nothing better than dying insects behind your head to add to the ambiance. We were seated right after arriving, and offered the booth in the picture. Pass! Despite being the 2nd seated table in the entire restaurant we were ignored by the only server we saw. After waiting for 20min we had to get up and go find someone to let us place a drink and food order. Delivery of food was equally slow. The baked potato wasn't warm enough to melt butter! But you can't send anything back because there was no one was around... Good strategy I guess. No wonder this place was so empty at dinner time. Food was mediocre but otherwise this location is a joke!

Had a fantastic lunch at Swiss Chalet today. Our server Reece was super friendly, attentive, and always had a smile. She made sure we had everything we needed and really enhanced the experience. Great food and service. Highly recommend!

One of the worst experiences here. It seems that the management does not train the employees on how to behave towards the customers. One employee was really rude and the management did nothing.

I had an incredible experience at Swiss Chalet thanks to an outstanding server named Sid. Despite being the only one working at the time, Sid handled everything with professionalism, speed, and a genuinely friendly attitude. He took care of every table, made sure our food came out just right, and still managed to check in to see if we needed anything.
It’s rare to see someone manage a whole dining area on their own and still give such amazing customer service. Sid went above and beyond, and he truly made our visit memorable. Huge kudos to him—and Swiss Chalet is lucky to have such a dedicated staff member!

Sid was absolutely amazing! The food was the best out of any Swiss Chalet I’ve been to. The atmosphere was modern yet with a rustic homestead feel. I would absolutely recommend coming here.
