This location has no ice ever for their drinks. It’s always flat and no carbonation in the drinks. The wait is so long, but it’s not even their fault because it’s so understaffed. Staff them and stop putting strain on your employees.

Genuinely such a bad establishment. They never serve your drinks with ice, give you half empty cheese dips, take forever to serve you since theres never 2 people at the register, and takes forever for the food to be made. ive never had a good experience with this tacobell

I’ve been to this location a few times and it’s always been consistent. The team is friendly and welcoming every time, whether it’s dine-in or take out. My food always comes out hot and tastes great. The staffs on shift seemed very attentive, making sure customers were satisfied. It’s one of the better fast-food spots in the area for both service and food quality.

Indian lady working at the counter charged my friend $8 for a small Baja Blast, and was rude to us when we tried talking to her about it, the drink was good but our experience was not.

I'm an unabashed fan of Taco Bell, but I waited so long I left without ordering.
After shopping, my wife and I went to the food court. She was getting souvlaki, I was getting Taco Bell. There was nobody in line at Taco Bell so I went to the counter to order. In the time it took my wife to: - walk from Taco Ball to Mr. Souvlaki, - walk back to Taco Bell to tell me that she changed her mind, - walk down to Shanghai 360 (the furthest restaurant), - look over the food counter to make a decision, - place her order, - have her order served and packed in a bag, - pay for her order, - walk back to me at Taco Bell,
...nobody had yet taken my order at Taco Bell. I hadn't even seen an employee yet. I presume they were all in the back?
She went and sat down to start eating, I waited a little longer. Eventually I gave up and sat down with her. At this point, if I went elsewhere to order food she'd be done eating by the time I returned to the table. When we got home I made a burrito instead.
They were not closed or closing. Two other people were waiting (a long time) for the orders they placed before I arrived. After I sat down I did see that another person had their order taken.
I won't give up on Taco Bell, but I'll never return to this location, especially when there are so many other choices in the same place.

Got here at 7:50, got refused service and told that it shut down at 7:40 by employee when a man in front of us just clearly ordered. If your employees are going to lie to customers, at least make it believable.
