Worst tacobell in canada , as per the customer service and food quality. They dont even know the menu options to punch for order. You will get wrong food order plua be ready to wait 30 mins after order.. WILL NEVER COME BACK AT THIS LOCATION

i ordered food while i was shopping, came at the time it said it would be ready & they hadn't even started it. there were no customers so NO excuses. the food should not take 30 minutes to make! might i add, while waiting for them to make it, 2 people after me got their orders first - unacceptable!!

The food at this location is average. It's Taco Bell so it's hard to mess up, but for example, the cinnamon twists had very little cinnamon on them. There was no taste.
The service is terrible. They are very slow, very disorganized as there is multiple lines for one cashier and they often serve people out of order. The workers aren't very friendly and seem like they don't want to be there. They pick and choose whether or not they will accept coupons - not sure if it depends on the person, but my friend had a coupon earlier in the day and it was accepted, then when I went later on, they said they couldn't do it because valid at their location.

They got the order wrong, waiting nearly 20 min to get it correct and then wanted to charge for a sour cream. Customer service is poor, sodas are flat. The order which was wrong that we took away and brought back, they ended up giving it to the rightful person after we touched it. The person accepted it but looked frustrated. I would have denied it. Avoid this location

Friend I was with ordered loaded fries. When receiving order, was told they were out of fries, having a substitute item not requested on her tray...a wrap filled with fries. You either have fries, or you don't. Please don't lie to your customers, or assume they want a substitute not of their choice. That's not how you treat people.

Horribe service and rude staff and refused to serve at 8:15 saying they closed yet there hours day fomt close till 9. Its law to stay open till posted hours. Have made complaint to head offfice and the bettwr buisness buraue. Avoid this location at all cost. Only stoped do my daughter could eat. Hope they know they can be fined for closing before posted hours
