Terrible service, incompetent employees barely know how to input orders, didn’t know how to use a gift card and forgot items in my order

I ordered around closing time so that may have effected it, it's probably better during mid day
Indian lady working at the counter charged my friend $8 for a small Baja Blast, and was rude to us when we tried talking to her about it, the drink was good but our experience was not.

I'm an unabashed fan of Taco Bell, but I waited so long I left without ordering.
After shopping, my wife and I went to the food court. She was getting souvlaki, I was getting Taco Bell. There was nobody in line at Taco Bell so I went to the counter to order. In the time it took my wife to:
- walk from Taco Ball to Mr. Souvlaki,
- walk back to Taco Bell to tell me that she changed her mind,
- walk down to Shanghai 360 (the furthest restaurant),
- look over the food counter to make a decision,
- place her order,
- have her order served and packed in a bag,
- pay for her order,
- walk back to me at Taco Bell,
...nobody had yet taken my order at Taco Bell. I hadn't even seen an employee yet. I presume they were all in the back?
She went and sat down to start eating, I waited a little longer. Eventually I gave up and sat down with her. At this point, if I went elsewhere to order food she'd be done eating by the time I returned to the table.
When we got home I made a burrito instead.
They were not closed or closing. Two other people were waiting (a long time) for the orders they placed before I arrived. After I sat down I did see that another person had their order taken.
I won't give up on Taco Bell, but I'll never return to this location, especially when there are so many other choices in the same place.

Got here at 7:50, got refused service and told that it shut down at 7:40 by employee when a man in front of us just clearly ordered. If your employees are going to lie to customers, at least make it believable.

Terribly understaffed. Waited over 30 minutes for my order to be taken.
0 stars. Bad servuces. 45 min for 2 tacos from the time i ordered. The staff is rude and they touch miney then food

25 mins wait for an order at the food court.
Taco bell and KFC are in one unit. KFC had a customer order wrong and instead of giving the customer order throwing it away, the employee puts it back and served it to thr next customer. Gross never again.

We ordered veggie bowl but came up with Chicken. At the beginning of the order it was clearly communicated that this order is veggietarian no chicken, meat, beef, seafood. But the staff still made error. We are very strict with diet with religious practices. This happened at stone road mall eaten area. Staff also not accepting their error, no regret, or apology.
