Today, March 25, 2025, I called to order a pizza, but I mistakenly ordered from the wrong branch. When I realized my mistake, I called back to apologize and cancel the order since that location was too far for me. Unfortunately, the man who answered the phone was extremely rude and angry. He spoke to me in a very unpleasant tone and then hung up on me. I am truly disappointed with Tito's Pizza (Dovercliffe RD) for treating a customer this way. This kind of behavior is unacceptable.

First time coming here and even though I live near by but I saw the ad for heart shaped pizzas and really wanted to try it. The price was great and everything about the pizza was so good! The staff members were very kind as well
I had a small problem with my initial pizza and called them and they quickly offered a new pizza and were very kind about it. Pizza tastes great and is affordable.

My wife loves her pizza and we usually get from Tito’s. The pizza is pretty good kids like it wife likes it and I don’t mind it but this past week we ordered wings and pizza with garlic bread. While my wife was eating she found a piece of plastic In her chicken wing and hair in her pizza. We called Tito’s and all he said was I’m sorry. Lmfao
