The Brisket was perfect. Beautiful back well seasoned. Great smoke on the meat and not over powering. The beans are awesome great flavor. Excellent fries. We will return again and again. Can't wait for the brewery to start.
If you're into BBQ and smoked meats, Ward One Smokehouse & Brewery is definitely worth checking out. We stopped by and grabbed a couple of takeout meals, and honestly, the food was solid.

First off, FOH crew is well trained and very kind. I was a little disappointed with the food though. Flavour was absolutely there and very tasty, but the pulled pork especially was very very dry, while the brisket was leaning towards it. Nice decor (maybe a tad too bright for a smokehouse/brewery vibe), but was very clean and the view into the kitchen is a nice touch to tell the customer there’s nothing to hide.
