On Wednesday, July 25th, the store was extremely understaffed for the amount of customers present. As a result the staff were stressed, short with customers and forgetful with orders. One particular staffer even tossed orders at customers and slammed down coffee. I would recommend that the manager examine the scheduling issues on Wednesday afternoons and offer customer service training to the staff. I will not be going back to this location again.
