I am coming to this location all the time, because Devon provides outstanding service. Very unlikely for a fast food environment she checks in with her customers during slower times to see if everything is to the guest’s satisfaction. She also takes complaints about the often dirty washrooms seriously and escalates the issue to Management right away. Coming from customer service management myself, I would like to congratulate the owner of this location for having her on the team.
