This is one of my favourite restaurants. I love ordering the beef ribs bowl. The portion size is incredibly generous and it comes with all the extras. I would highly recommend it. I've tried several other dishes too, including the sushi and cheese wontons, which are out of this world! The service is great and the atmosphere is perfect for eating alone or with a group. They also offer an all-you-can-eat option.

Randy, our server was absolutely fantastic! He took care of us and was so friendly. Food is delicious and atmosphere is great. Highly recommend coming here if you are craving some good sushi.

Ordered some delivery: rolls, sashimi and gyoza. Did not receive any condiments aside from packages of soy sauce. Finally, the quality of the raw fish items was incredibly low; disgusting, unfortunately.
It's too bad as we had remembered really enjoying the food a couple years ago.
We went to this August 8 after seeing how busy the upper James location was, we were sat immediately and were served by Jennie, she was an amazing server and made the entire experience so much more enjoyable, she was very attentive to what we needed and despite being very busy she made sure we were taken care of. The food was amazing and everything was brought out in a timely manner, all in all a very pleasant experience!

Had dinner here yesterday and it was delicious as usual. The dinner menu is extensive and food is served promptly and fresh. Randy and the other servers were extremely attentive and ensured we had everything we needed. I prefer this location to others in the city because I find the menu and service to be much better. Best august 8 location in hamilton for sure.

The quality of the food has really gone down hill. The teriyaki beef tasted like liver. I have never seen Har Go so small. Chicken wings were tasteless. Clean tables and washrooms. Update: was advised by server that when this happens to return the food. How would that change the taste of what was already served. Sadly will not be back to 72$ (for 2) for a lunch that was terrible.
