I showed up with a friend at 8:20 on Sunday night. The host refused to seat us saying the kitchen closed at 8:45. We were like ok that gives us thirty minutes to order and we were regulars so we knew exactly what we wanted. They just kept repeating the same thing. There were still a lot of people there but we had to leave. So don’t go there with less than forty minutes cause they are too lazy to let you in.

Extremely disappointing experience.there is no customer service - yet they reserve the right to add gratuity for large groups.They don't take verbal orders but have these tablets which no one explains to you how to you. Have of the food you order, does not seem to reach the kitchen.They make these rolls which don't even fit into your mouth, really?first and last time at this place. two-thumbs down.

Typically go to the location up the mountain it was super busy so we thought we'd give this one a chance, called ahead and booked a table. Was a party of 3. Out for a girl's night. Seat was ripped and taped when we sat down. Was not greeted by a server once we sat down at the table. Had to call the server 3 times for water. Was missing items and had to ask for them. Steak was tough, our tampera items were soggy, dumplings were super gross and felt microwaved. We were extremely disappointed and will not be returning. Would give half a star if possible. Food was also taken away before we were finished
