Have been coming here for about a year now. Barbara is passionate about what she serves and on top of that, the food is absolutely divine. It’s always a scramble to get those hazelnut love bombs (healthier, while food version of a ferrero). The best! It’s so important to support these local businesses, especially now.

Best Lime Coconut ice cream?? Plus Barbara does classes, home grown seabuckthorn Berry bags frozen to go, the best healthy smoothies in town, and the most scrumptious gluten free vegan gmo-free take-aways (Covid times) with a few areas for dining in. If you order in advance, however, you have the FULL menu which is extensive. All prepared with love ❤️The water is deep artesianal water ? yum!

The mentality and the passion towards the preparation behind the food is truly amazing. There needs to be more B. Love's in the world! Sunny Hummus, made of sunflower seeds, was truly the best hummus I have ever had ?Go check it out.

Fantastic food. The vegan fruit cake is amazing. Much better than non vegan versions (it’s great there’s finally a vegan fruit cake that good). I absolutely love this place.

An welcoming oasis of healthy food and desserts! Barbara is a beautiful hostess who personally prepares every dish with love, forethought, and kindness. It's a great place to go with friends and family to have a good time after exploring Dundas area! There's a lot of TV and film production in town so it's a great place to camp out at and watch the movie stars do their thing! Barbara also cares about each client's health and recommends dishes that will not only make their belly happy but ensures the food is medicine as well. :) Be sure to ask her about the Sea Buckthorn berries!! So good!!
