No issue with other locations but this one outright sucks. Employee was sitting on the food prep counter in the back kitchen when I came in so I already knew what to expect and should have followed my gut feeling and left lol. The rice/beans/meat were clearly not tended to for a while and were cold, dry and hard, the lettuce was so old it was pink, and apparently they didn't have any fresh lettuce. The employee was very confused I didn't want the old rotting lettuce, I wonder if she's even human at this point 🤣 On top of underheated ingredients, the burrito was barely toasted and honestly kind of just made me angry eating it so I stopped. Thank goodness for the one thing she didn't have control over, the deep fryer, at least the fries were hot.

People just want to post reviews for no real reason these days. No patience at all.
This is honestly the best location. They always serve properly and give everything according to customer needs.

First time visiting this location of bar barrito. I was really disappointed with my order. They barely put any rice and beans, even after I politely asked three times to add more. The staff member was adding everything so slowly, almost like she was counting each spoon. For the price, the portions should be much more reasonable. I have been getting barrito from years. First time i had to say put extra instead i always say put less rice and beans. Definitely not worth it. Terrible experience.

My sister and I decided to try the Upper Ottawa spot for the first time yesterday evening. We were beyond satisfied. The food was made exactly the way we had desired and the lady who made our order, Shuti, was the absolute best. She was friendly, efficient and a pleasure to speak with. You will not be disappointed coming to this Bar Burrito location. To the management, you made the right decision when you hired Shuti.

Barburrito on Rymal and Upper Ottawa is my go to burrito place. The staff are always friendly and they take their time to get to know you. I have always had a great experience here and I would recommend this Barburrito location to anyone and everyone.
I come here rather often as I work near by. Everytime I come in, the staff is very friendly, food is amazing and the store itself is clean. The staff remembers my order which is also great. Great location, would recommend to anyone.
