Amazing customer service! We had a lunch meeting for 30 people and a closer barBURRITO location would not answer their phone when I was trying to place order a few days prior. I explained our situation to Medha and she organized our menu for 30 and had her team deliver our lunch over 10km away on time. Great team work, food was awsome, and everyone loved it! Great job all! We will be back for the next one!!!

Ordered online. Very little meat. That's even with adding extra. The worst part is cheese. It is flavorless. I ordered extra cheese yet I can't even taste it or see it in the burrito at all. Overall each ingredient does not have its own taste. It all just tastes the same in every bite. You can't tell the sour cream or the salsa. No cheese taste etc.

I ordered the crunchy chicken wrap.
The biggest problem is this insulting amount of chicken in the wrap that was literally smaller than chicken nuggets at McDonald's...and not as tasty.
Think shrinkflation on steroids.
Every bite was just filler topings and sauce. I didn't finish it . Factor in that you're paying around 13 dollars, and you're questioning your own reality on how that all you have experienced in life led you to getting this sad burrito.
Momentarily annoyed I didn't go somewhere else...

What is the point of ordering ahead and giving the establishment about 30 minutes to make your burrito if when you show up to pick it up they haven't even started making it yet.
Not to mention when you receive attitude from the employees for asking why your order hasn't even been started yet is totally uncalled for.
I love the product and have been a customer for years, but this situation is totally uncalled for and, unfortunately, is the last time I will be eating at this establishment
