Terrible customer service, steep prices. They also insist on cash payments, giving attitude if you pay by card (they only take debit). For the price, very little food. They charged me extra because I didn't want the chicken to be dumped on top of the rice! Only reason I didn't give 1 star is that the food is good when fresh, however I will not be returning.
Well, I’ll start off my saying all you Karen’s need to relax with the complaints about the ladies that work upfront. Your not in a restaurant where they should cater to you etc. It’s basically a fast food place but in a mall. The older ladies there clearly don’t speak great English and it’s hard for them to communicate. What they are good at is taking your order and moving you down the line. I’ve been eating at Bourbon for almost 10 years…their bourbon or blackened chicken is by far my fave..love their food and I always get a few combos to take home every Friday, and I go to town on them all weekend!!!
