“Ordered for the first time tonight. Put in the order online. We were blown away before the food even arrived by the customer service we received. The staff went above and beyond by calling us not once, but twice to clarify some details of our order (I was not clear, it was totally on me). The woman on the phone was friendly, and helpful with a great vibe! The pizza and wings arrived hot and fresh. Everything is delicious. The Buffalo sauce is nothing short of addictive (I would drink it if I could it's so tasty). We will definitely order again. This has been bumped to the number one spot for fav pizza!“

Fries and rings on point. Amazing dips.
Slaw was actually pretty disgusting, not going to lie...ended up throwing it away.

Sweet potato fries and the delicious sesame slaw paired with an order of wings in two flavours (maple garlic and Sriracha lime, yum!), plus the Carbonara Pizza at the recommendation of Spencer, our server. Every bite of the meal was amazing, especially the crispy texture of the wings and the creamy balance of the pizza sauce. Spencer took the whole experience to the next level though with their sparkling energy, attentiveness and friendliness from our entry all the way to perfectly divided bills at the end. “Ordered from here last night and grabbed a 1lb of Wings and Wedges. It was a long weekend night so it took over an hour to be delivered because they were busy. The Wings were nice size and cooked fully, I Got this Jamaican hot Spice for the Wings it was pretty spicy and hot but I also added my own sriracha sauce on them. The wedges were ok they were kinda dry needed some gravy for sure. This was my first time ordering from here and I suppose I would order again if I was just looking for something small to eat not a big meal. I ate all the wings but threw away majority of the wedges.“

“I’m very pleased with the food and service at this Church’s Chicken location. I usually order the Mexicana Sandwich, and I always prefer to have a fresh patties. Whenever I ask the staff for this, they are more than happy to make it fresh for me.

The staff here is friendly, helpful, and always willing to accommodate requests. Because of the consistent quality and great service, this has become one of my favorite Church’s Chicken locations.

“I just want to say thanks to the team of red rockets in east Hamilton. We ordered a party pack of wings…onion rings and cheese curds. By the time the food arrive to us, the side of the box had broken open on me, going up the stairs into which half the wings or more fell out and it was quite a scramble. Quite a stressful situation to deal with animals trying to run a chicken wings going down the stairs. Anyhow, red rockets was amazing with replacing the wings and we would like to thank you very much so.“

When I moved to Hamilton(many years ago), this family had just bought this place, the people running the pizzaria prior, sucked.

The food is amazing, and they've always been extremely helpful. They've NEVER, EVER. Gotten my order wrong, and are never late.

At one point we were ordering from them twice a month, they know my phone number, voice and address by heart, and absolutely never skip a beat.
