Amazing chocolate place!Got peanut butter explosion icecream (over vanilla icecream) and orange slices dipped in chocolate and they were both just amazing! My favourite icecream place of all time!

The brownie bowl was underwhelming for the price. Despite my request, the staff ignored to heat the brownie I ordered to accompany my ice cream, which was a simple request that they failed to accommodate. Also, when I took 2 extra spoon, I was told that I only get 1 spoon with a bowl. To make matters worse, when I decided not to leave a tip due to the unsatisfactory service, the staff displayed visible frustration and disappointment. With subpar service and mediocre ice cream, I can not recommend this place to others.

Amazing ice cream with so many topping choices. The beverages and the truffles are also amazing. Would have been better hadtheir been more seating options but we work with what we have and its just beautiful. Also i like the fact that they have different icecream topping mixes already ready for you t o pick from if you are unsure.Parking: Street parking or paid lot parking

From the greeting to grazing to eating, the whole experience was a complete 180 from my last experience. Only reason I gave it a second chance was due to new ownership and couldn’t be more pleased. Give them a try if you’re in Hamilton visiting or looking for sweets.Original review here:Cashier was short and more interested in talking about "queso's" than providing customer service. Fail on this shop as I find the atmosphere to be pretentious.

I was a disappointed with the amount of chocolate serounding my peanut butter cups and oreo cookies.The chocolate was wafer thin especially with the peanut butter cup. It was like eating a tablespoon of peanut butter. For the cost of two I could have purchased a large jar of peanut butter.

Been coming here for years and the quality has been getting worse. The staff is always very friendly but the prices are too expensive for dollar store chocolate. Went for ice cream in the summer, was charged $8 for a small vanilla cone. Ridiculous!
