We had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at this Italian gem! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and authentically Italian. The food was outstanding—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The pasta was perfectly cooked, the sauces were rich and savory, and the tiramisu was the best we’ve ever had!
What truly made the night exceptional, though, was our amazing waitress Millie. She was kind, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Her genuine warmth and cheerful personality made us feel right at home. She gave excellent recommendations and made sure every detail of our meal was perfect. Her service truly elevated the entire experience.
We will definitely be returning—and bringing friends! Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for delicious Italian food and top-notch service.

Date night at CIMA was a success - the pasta dishes were decent (Spaghetti Cacio E Pepe & paghetti Cacio E Pepel) but the real star was their wood oven pizza: Cipolle E Tartufo. I’d recommend making a reservation especially on the weekend!

Late review but I came here for Valentine’s Day and the service was impeccable! Our server was friendly, attentive and the food was amazing! The vibes inside were also really cool, great music and dim lighting. We had the arancini and had the pizza and pasta. Highly recommend for a date night!

I've been here twice now. Frist was on a Tuesday near close and I spent $100 solo on wine pairing with a main and dessert. It was delicious. Tonight my fella and I came here to treat ourselves (working class couple who spend our extra cash on local nice dining) This particular Saturday was NOT a good experience...the restaurant was taken over by a party of the owners friends. Our whole dinning experience was interrupted by loud techno music and at one point blarred Nickelback. As we're spending a $300 plus 2 person meal we can't hear eachother and are telling....Not the ambiance we expected at a classy joint. Usually party events like this are held at facilities with seperate rooms or in a pub environment. (At one point it felt like a Boston Pizza) Our server struggled to hear us and the staff was hustling to accomodate the party and we ended up waiting close to an hour between our apps and mains.. and often left waiting with empty drink glasses. This is what we expect from a busy pub or legoin...not a place where we hoped to be winned and dinned for the amount we paid. It's sad but this has put such a bad taste in our mouths that I doubt we'll return. And we live across the street and we're hoping to become semi regulars. :( Ps. our server was kind and skilled and did the best she could with the situation she was in.
