I moved away from Hamilton 7 years ago and I still think about Durand Coffee at least weekly. Nobody else's coffee, convenience, and atmosphere have come close. I miss you, Durand!
We’ve read about this place for quite a while and decided to try it out. We went on a Saturday morning, which was probably not a good idea because it was a bit crowded and hard to get a space to sit. The people there were super friendly. There’s even a small back patio for one or two tables if you’d like to sit in the summer. Coffees were great, nothing too fancy but they had pour over’s, flat whites Cortado’s and espressos. We didn’t eat any bakery goods, but there were options.
Great place to relax

I like trying different coffee shops every time I visit my parents new town & this one was a hit! Very nice workers & amazing iced lattes as well as breakfast bites. Tried their iced latte with oat milk as well as the artichoke & mushroom breaky sandwich. They were so good.?

My husband got us a Cortado and a small cappuccino which cost us 15 dollars. The coffee was so bad that we both did not drink it and went on got another coffee from a different place. It is a shame because we love that neighbourhood and was a big fan of the Durand Cafe but I think we wont go there anymore.

Bought a cortado and cappuccino and both were watered down and had no flavor.

Coffee is always great! Friendly staff. Lots of parking around the location.
Lots of snack/food options - it’s not easy to stay away from croissants

Great location and easily accessible by various modes of transportation. Recently checked Durand out while out on a bike ride and it definitely delivered. Coffee and croissant were great, and the patio was a wonderful spot to enjoy the sun.

A most astounding craft beer bottle shop. Great coffee and treats, cool neighborhood.
But the beer! Off the charts.
A true gem in Hamilton. Great staff and superb coffee. I recently came in and had their cold brew made with coffee beans (from Guatemala) from The Angry Roaster Coffee Co. (my now go-to coffee roaster to purchase coffee from). Highly recommend you visit. You won’t be disappointed.

We have had a pleasant experience while visiting first time at this nice coffee house. It is a pretty cozy local cafe. We ordered coffee, tea, and some snacks, including their delicious Danish. We dined in and enjoyed our time. There is also a wine shop in the same facility that may be owned by the coffee place. The ladies working there were nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend coffee lovers to try this place.
