Came here Monday night with my brother and the food was amazing. Our server was Peter and he was so nice! He checked in with us once and seriously that was amazing. Nothing is worse than a server who checks in 6 times. Peter is wonderful and our drinks were delicious! Thank you for your great service! Boss man: Peter needs a raise!!

Amazing service at the kenora and and queenston location cami was the perfect waitress never asked for anything she automatically brought it food always tasty as well been to many different locations none of them beat this location keep up the good work cami 😀

Ordered shrimp fettucini Alfredo and received no sauce. Uber would not refund me so I called this location to just let them know but the manager took my information and said he would send out a gift certificate. It’s been two weeks now and I have not received anything. 👎🏽

okay so ive been here a few times and things have been good, the waitress was great and food was nice. I come here with my friend a lot when we’re home from uni but today’s experience was so bad. First of all we didn’t get even a hello until 15 minutes after we sat. The table next to us, who were seated 7ish minutes after us got served first and actually left before us. The waiter finally came, and was leaning on the booth over us and my friend had to fully turn around in her seat to even talk to him. we finally ordered our appetizers and my friend got garden salad and found bacon in it, thankfully she’s not vegetarian. My soup, that was ordered at the same time came 10 minutes later. i got the Italian wedding soup and it had no noodles, which is not a huge deal, but when I asked the waiter if they had stopped putting noodles in the soup because I wasn’t sure, he said that I “got a bad scoop”. Throughout the night, it was a struggle to even get the waiter to come over to us. He completely avoided eye contact, and we saw him multiple times standing talking to coworkers, and none of the employees would even look at us. Like the way they completely avoided eye contact was honestly laughable lol. When he did eventually come talk to us he kept walking by as he spoke, thus not even giving us the chance to Ask him for another drink or anything. My glass was empty within the first 10 minutes of getting it and he did not ask if I wanted another drink until 5 minutes before we left. When our food finally came, the plates were super hot and he placed them at the very edge of the table so that we had to lift the plates and move them and gave no warning about how hot they were and we burned our hands. We got burnt bread and the bacon for the carbonara was extremely undercooked. We were waiting at the end for someone to clear our plates and we were actually going to order more food but because of how long they kept us waiting probably 20 minutes when we finally saw him again we decided to just get our bill due to the long wait. Before we even got our bill, a gentleman who I believe was the manager actually had to come over and clear our plates for us because they had been sitting for so long. In the past, we have had decent experience here but moving forward, I would not come back or honestly take the extra 10 minutes to go to the other one.
