Well, apparently it's that place for French pastries in Hamilton. It was ok. Not over the moon. No seating.

I have purchsed almost everything on the menu and am so impressed with the quality and flavour! I have bought the gluten free items for a friend from out of town and she was thrilled with the lasagna.
So darn good!!

French Revolution Bakery & Creperie is truly a gem. Every pastry they create is a labour of love, from the flaky croissants that melt in your mouth to the indulgent eclairs that are simply delightful. The charming atmosphere, filled with the comforting scents of fresh bread and warm pastries, makes you feel right at home. The staff goes above and beyond; their warmth and passion for their craft make each visit a delightful experience. It’s a heartfelt recommendation for anyone who cherishes authentic French flavours!

Stopped for a baguette, they were sold out.
It was late afternoon .( So get them early.)
We took home a jar of zucchini relish, 2 croissants, and 2 Madeleine’s.
Very good croissants, however the Madeleine’s were EPIC!!
Now I know what Proust was talking about.
Definitely must try.

Warm out of the oven baguettes. The most fantastic sausage rolls. Peach slice pastry tarts…. Just a few of my favourites. This place is stupendous!

The food is really good every time I go here, but it's not very often (mainly because of the limited hours). I've also noticed they do tend to sell out of some items by the afternoon too (pastries and sandwiches mostly).

I really loved the chicken pizza (today's specialty) and the lemon tart. It made me feel like at home :) the service was impeccable. I'll go again for sure! P.S just the right amount of sugar in the tart, it was PERFECT and I ate it in less than 2 minutes :)

The best croissants I’ve ever tried. The cherry on top is Rhonda & Jenny being absolutely amazing people. You won’t regret coming here

I picked up a few croissants as a special treat. The cheese one was lovely, but the fig and goat cheese one was flat at the bottom, not flaky or crispy. I have no issue paying for a premium product, but unfortunately this was a bit disappointing. Staff were friendly though and the selection looked great.
This bakery is just SO GOOD! Do note that there is usually already a line waiting for the doors to open so we try to get there as close to 10am as possible but they are constantly replenishing and bringing out new treats throughout the day. The ham/cheese crepe is so good with big chunks of ham, the chocolate croissants are perfect and my favourite is the blue cheese/bacon and peach croissant. So many interesting choices and everything we’ve tried has been such a treat. Highly recommend!

I used to love stopping here on my trips to HHSC.. the old location was better, so many incredible gluten free treats. The new location the gluten free items slowly disappeared and now there is nothing :(
I would love to hear why the business model completely changed and the GF breads, flours, cookbooks and baked goods are gone.
Update: Not a poor taste review. I drove by today and again was wishing you would at least explain the change. You developed a clientele who was looking specifically for gluten free items and then ditched all of us with no explanation.
