Always very good Western Chinese (Sichuan/Szechuan, Guizhou, Sha'anxi) and Beijing cosmopolitan food. They have the best crawling ants (long bean with minced pork and chillies...you can ask for vegetarian) dish in Hamilton. They also have a lot of really good cumin dishes (with lamb or beef). Sparkle also has a good crawling ants dish, but Great Red Peppers cooks it perfectly. Sparkle doesn't use a hot enough wok to do it properly.
This is my regular dinner spot each time I visit family in Hamilton. Spicy Lamb soup (D9 on menu). Started systematically going through the menu and discovering amazing new dishes each time.

Used to be super terrible back in 2017, I visited multiple times afterward they have significant improvement along the year. Food is still a bit unfresh, if not a chiense food expert ask the resturant what's fresh today
