“My mom and I really enjoyed the ambiance and the Greek food served was excellent with ample portions. We tried the chicken souvlaki platter and IOS Greek salad and the flavour was better than some Greek restaurants we have been to located in Montreal and Toronto. The two young men behind the desk really know how to work hard and run a proper restaurant. It’s huge portions, fresh food, good prices, an inviting space, and you always get served with a smile.“

She makes very good food and she's always good with my girlfriend when I come and she lets me park in the back so I can get my food and not have to pay for parking. “I hosted a surprise party for my mom and needed catering done for approx 50 ppl. I spoke with Greek Palace and decided on ordering 5 grill platters (I maybe saying the menu item wrong). He did say that it will be alot of food and HE WAS NOT LYING. There was so much food for the event we were happy to tell guests to take food home. Everyone at the party loved it, potatoes, rice, chicken, pork and gyro meat was so delicious. I'd definitely recommend to my friends and family to get some food from Greek Palace for any future gatherings or dinners. Thank you guys for doing such an amazing job for us. “Tried Jimmy the Greek in Hamilton and overall it was a solid experience. The portion size is generous, making it a great value around the $20 mark. It’s a great choice when you want something filling but not greasy. The meal felt fresh and satisfying.

A couple of downsides: the potatoes were a bit too mushy and oily, and the olives still had pits — which I understand is more authentic, but it’s not ideal when you’re not expecting it and have to spit them out mid-bite.

Still, if you’re looking for a hearty, relatively clean meal at a fair price, this is a reliable option.“

“I am happy I found the place. Have been looking for simple healthy food to eat a this was great!

The only reason for 4 stars is that we requested all sauce on side and the person forgot and put it on the food. We didn’t notice till we got all the way home and everything was soggy. We had to disassemble and add fresh lettuce and sauces at home which kind of defeats the purpose of getting takeout.

In all fairness to the person serving us there were a lot of people lined up and she was under pressure to get all the food done. Still we asked for everything on the side and it really should have been accommodated.

Give the atmosphere four stars because there were so many people lined up. It felt crowded and there was no really good place to sit while you were waiting to place an order.

I would come back but be more vocal next time, and make sure that the food was prepared the way we needed it to be prepared.“
