Lived five minutes away (back a few months ago), but I moved… haven’t gotten to visit since!
But let me tell ya, Crooksy’s is the best!! Well worth their prices and always worth the visit. Friendly people, friendly community, friendly everything.

Crooksy’s is an absolute gem! We arrived via Waverunner and anchored just 50 feet away, making it incredibly convenient. The outdoor seating, complete with umbrellas, offered both comfort and privacy. Their beer selection was decent, and the burgers were thick, juicy, and wonderfully lean—possibly homemade, though we didn’t confirm. As avid water enthusiasts, we've found our new go-to spot for delicious food on the water. Our server was amazing—kind, friendly, and always smiling, making us feel right at home. Five stars all around!

We usually stop in on our bike ride from Stoney creek to Burlington once or twice in the summer, this time round we stopped in we had an added guest to our ride, we were not loud and polite late afternoon, as the waitress was taking our order either the owner or manager walks up and tells her that we have a 2 drink max , I heard this , my friends did not , we were only staying for one drink regardless but when I informed my group ( 5 people) they as was I were insulted, there was no reason for that, good past memories but this was not , will most likely ride by on our next trip.
