As a senior, I’ve struggled with my hearing when out etc. I went to Harvey’s on Upper Ottawa after my local dump run. The gentleman named Chris was so helpful and patient with me. He took the time to help me get the lunch I needed. The restaurant is clean, friendly and most of all the food was delicious! Hopped into the restaurant tonight instead of using the drive thru. Wanted to see the toppings and selection of sauces available . Even though tables were full and there were 3 other families in line, crew member Morgan, gave us undivided attention. She was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Morgan informed me that Scene points can be earned at end of ordering when ringing through at cash register. Morgan took time to explain menu choices and combos to the family...
