I was so impressed by everything here! The food is phenomenal. It’s so good and it’s so nice to see the pride taken in every detail. It seemed like they found a way to teleport food from India to Ancaster because I ate more than I should have and loved every bite.

This place is spotless and I peeked into the kitchen where the chef just looked like he was in heaven. So lovely that I am looking forward to my next time.

Thank you!!

Excellent tasty food. Large portions. Great selection. Only complaint, we asked for some hotsauce; we got about a tablespoon full; charged us $3.00 for this little bit that should have been complimentary. Otherwise, a great dining experience. Recommended.

If you’re looking for authentic Indian cuisine in Ancaster, Indian Village is an absolute must-visit. This place is truly a gem — from the moment you step in, you’re greeted by a warm atmosphere that beautifully captures the vibrant spirit of Punjab.

The food is outstanding — every dish is rich in flavor, perfectly spiced, and clearly prepared with care. Whether you’re a fan of aromatic curries, fresh tandoori breads, or hearty Punjabi specialties, you’ll find something here to satisfy your cravings. It’s no wonder this restaurant is beloved by both locals and visitors who know and appreciate great Indian food.

Indian Village is quite popular, so I highly recommend making a reservation before you go. They have specific lunch and dinner hours, and seating fills up fast — which is always a good sign that the food is worth the wait.

In short, Indian Village is a perfect blend of delicious cuisine, cultural charm, and warm hospitality. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out on one of Ancaster’s culinary treasures.

The best Indian food I ever had. I really loved the chicken madras, biryani, karahi and traditional lamb curry.

Even though we live in upper Stoney Creek, this is our go-to Indian restaurant. Great atmosphere, warm and genuine staff and owners, and the food ... so delicious. Special shout out to the lamb korma, our absolute favourite. Keep being awesome!

Food is fresh and authentic as per Indian standards. 5 stars if they include the Signature sauces (served with pulao rice) to include a vegetarian option!!

Great tasty food, freshly made, good presentation. The price reflects well on the portion, doesn’t seem like much until you start eating. Staff was friendly. I would recommend
