We hired Jonny Blonde for our wedding, working with Layal & Jon towards our special day was seamless, comfortable, and wonderful! The food they put together for us and our guests was something our guests still rave about to this day. Their commitment to making your event special, unique, and unbelievable is unmatched.
They have incredible staff, who work just as hard as Layal and Jon do, they are such wonderful people who are so professional and knowledgeable. The Bartender that was brought on by Jonny Blonde, Sam, was the best bartender we could have ever asked for. Their whole team made sure our guests were taken care of, and safe.

We highly recommend Jonny Blonde to anyone wanting the BEST food at your event. It truly was one of the best meals we have ever had in our lives!! Again, our friends and family are still talking about it as the best food they have ever had at an event!!

They worked diligently to ensure all of our guests with allergies were taken care of, and any vegetarians were treated with such care.

Our event was on the third floor of a building, and the elevator was not working at the time of dinner. Instead of pushing back dinner, Jonny Blonde's team without hesitation ran the food for our wedding up three flights of stairs, over and over to make sure our wedding day went according to plan. We can never thank this team enough for their commitment and care.

Fair warning, you will be dreaming of their food until you get your hands on it again. Highly, highly, highly recommend!

I hired Jonny Blonde to cater a work event in Hamilton with 60 attendees. Layal was super responsive, flexible, and great to work with. The food was delicious and the options for people with food allergies and restrictions were great. Definitely the best catering we have had at a work event for the past several years. I highly recommend Jonny Blonde 😁

We hired Jonny Blonde for our wedding a couple weeks ago and I can honestly say it was one of the best meals we've ever had.

Jonny and Layal will make things from scratch that many others won't (buns and gnocchi come to mind) and you can really taste the difference. The steak was perfectly done, the chicken was tender, and the vegetables were fresh and flavourful. The gnocchi was hands down the best gnocchi I've ever had and a huge hit among our friends and family. Jonny is a true craftsman behind a stove.

I have a serious food allergy and right from the start Layal was diligent about making sure that all of the food would be safe for me and explained how they prepare their food, where it comes from, and how their mobile kitchen runs. She made sure the menu was built around food that I could eat right down to the hors d'oeuvres, and made sure each and every one of our guests with dietary restrictions had something they could eat too.

We had guests coming up to us all night asking who we had hired for catering, and when I saw some friends from work a few days later that we had invited they were still talking about how good the food was. I would hire Jonny and Layal again in a heartbeat!

Had this amazing food at a Wedding on October 4, 2025 and found it was this company Jonny Blonde. Everything was piping hot, fresh and delicious. The service was excellent. They went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend trying Jonny Blonde you won’t be disappointed

I booked Jonny Blonde for my daughter’s backyard baby shower. The truck parked at the end of my driveway and served everyone their delicious flatbread sandwiches. The food and service was impeccable and was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. Layal was the sweetest. Highly recommend

Jonny Blonde catered my significant birthday and EVERYONE raved about the quality of the food- tacos, fries and salad - I was so impressed with the flavour, the presentation, the quantity and ease with which I was able to book and organize my event. I can't recommend them enough!

The best catering service out there! My husband and I hired for our baby shower this past weekend and the food and service was absolutely amazing!! Jonny and Layal are such an amazing team to work with, the food was incredible and we didn’t stop getting compliments about it from our guests! The passed apps were so delicious and so nicely presented! The charcuterie display is also as beautiful as delicious! Their bartender was also amazing and provided great service and made our signature drinks perfectly with beautiful garnishes! They set everything up for us, and cleaned up. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for at home or special event catering service! I’m also in the wedding industry and have worked with them before at weddings. Can’t wait to have another celebration to be able to hire them for!

This amazing company catered my daughter's wedding in early February 2025. Their food and table delivery were beyond spectacular. Getting delicious food to each table while it was properly hot was a delight. A number of guests had dietary restrictions and their food was delivered along with everyone else's. Do yourself a favor and have Jonny Blonde cater your next event(s)! They've got this!!!

Layal and team, I can't thank you enough for the impeccable and friendly service that you and your team provided to my daughter's wedding. The food was amazing... in fact, several people commented to me that it was the best food that they had ever been served at a wedding. I couldn't agree more! As someone whose career took her to many rubber chicken dinner events, I know how remarkable it is to be served really good food at a large banquet....and it is even more remarkable that you were able to do this in the middle of a major snowstorm. As the mother of the bride, I really appreciated the warmth and friendly consideration that you showed to my daughter both in the planning and delivery of her wedding meal. You are five-star in my book!!

Excellent food and service for our event and it was incredible!!!! Was even more thrilled to find out they source out local meats and fresh vegetables, and added bonus add gravies, sauce’s and deserts are made in house. Thank you so much Layal and Jon.
