We were created with a friendly smile and shown to our table promptly. The waitress was friendly and got our order right. The food arrived quickly and was delicious and hot. The only problem is there was an extra charge of a spinach dip. Luckily I did notice. The waitress did apologize and stated there was an error. Being that I had already paid by gift cards, she waived the remaining $21 balance. That was a lovely gesture.

Been coming here for years. Loved the ultimate cheeseburger, but it just seems to be going downhill. Every time I get it, it's like they just threw it to gether to get it out the door. The place is noisy as heck since the renovation. You can't hear yourself think let alone have a conversation at the table. The wait staff was terrible. . I am just not Impressed with the place anymore. I stopped going to Montanas a few years ago for the same reason it just wasn't...

The staff were amazing the food was good but I was a little disappointed that the mashed potato's didn't come with butter and the steak was rather plain. Don't know what they put in there HP sauce bottles but it was not original HP sauce. It was something out of a vinegar bottle. My husband who loves HP sauce even thought something was up with that sauce.
