While the food is simply amazing, the customer service at their Concession location could not possibly be worse!!! I received a gift certificate from some friends for a family meal after the passing of my mother. When I initially attempted to use the gift certificate, I was refused as somehow the gift certificates had not been signed. Ive been a long time fan of LaLuna for decades. I’ve been going there LONG b4 it had the location it does now on the corner. It’s been a few years since I’ve eaten there as I’ve moved to Brantford. So last night I treated myself. Or so I thought. So disappointing. The quality isn’t the same. The taste is not the same. The aftertaste on my tongue…is not appealing.
