I have been a regular customer at this pizza store and have usually had a good experience—the poutine has been especially great.
However, today around 12:15 pm, 31th May,
I had a disappointing interaction with the staff member who took my order. He came across as quite rude and did not clearly explain the pricing. The menu shows the shawarma chicken priced at $18.99, but I was told it would be $24.99 without a proper explanation of the difference.
Overall, the lack of clear communication and the pricing inconsistency made the experience frustrating. I hope the staff can improve customer service and provide clearer information in the future.

We bought 3 samosa poutines and it was too dry and samosa are not fresh. Really waste of money. Day by day lava pizza decreases it’s quality.

Great service and really good pizza! The order was delivered on time and the taste was amazing. Fresh, hot, and flavorful. Definitely ordering again from Lava Pizza. Highly recommend!

Working all day cleaning snow walked in to get something to eat got totally ignored while there was 2 employees speaking different language i waited ten minutes nothing as soon as I turn around and walk out is when I hear can I help you brother. I walked away and grabbed a shawarma right next door
