Ordered Delivery at 9:45pm. By 11pm they still haven’t started my pizza on a Tuesday night. Fire the staff bc they are costing the owner money.

First I'd like to say that the 1 star reviews for their Samosa Poutine are probably from their competitors. I ordered it today with chicken on top and it was delicious. Huge serving, lots of veggies, sauce and chicken. Don't trust the negative reviews and just try it, you won't be disappointed.

Not good costumer service they have to hire more staff delay my order even. Thought I tell them in advance and they charge extra dollars kind of force me to tip them and the taste of pizza is not good I asked for well done but it is lightly done

Very Disappointed – Will Never Order Again

I had one of the worst customer service experiences with Lava Pizza. Previously, they messed up my order and assured me that I’d receive a free pizza on my next visit as compensation. Based on that promise, I gave them another chance.

But this time when I reached out, they completely denied making any such offer and acted like I was lying. There was no accountability or professionalism from their staff. Instead of fixing their past mistake, they made the experience even worse.

I feel completely misled and disrespected as a customer. If this is how they treat loyal customers after making a mistake, I strongly recommend that no one waste their money or time here.

Avoid Lava Pizza – there are many better options out there that actually care about their customers.

Lava Pizza is hands down one of the best pizza spots I’ve tried! The crust is perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with just the right amount of chew. The sauce has a rich, tangy flavor that pairs beautifully with the generous layer of gooey, stretchy cheese. I tried their signature Lava Special and it was loaded with fresh toppings and just the right amount of spice. Every bite literally melts in your mouth.

One of the best samosa poutine.They have an amazing variety in appetizers and pizzas.
Its a must try spot if u are living in hamilton.

Tried the samosa poutine and was really disappointed. It tasted more like a sweet bhelpuri chaat or even a dessert, not anything close to real poutine. There was no cheese or poutine gravy at all. Totally missed the mark – not worth it.
