No offense but the food lacks some seasoning. The rice and noodles are bland ..the taste comes from the protein which isn’t all that great tbh. Not something I will buy on my own. The staff was cordial

Went here today and the lady serving food with short hair was very rude, I should have just walked off instead of giving them business. So their food labels did not match what was there so I had to ask what a couple of the meats were, she seemed very rushed and the second chicken that I had asked what it was she started filling up my container with, when I said no I was asking what it was she huff and puffed and gave me a rude look. I then started to look at what else I may choose, she then gave my container to the other co worker and mumbling words in her own language like I didnt know she was talking rudely about me then rushed off to the other side to do nothing but acted like she was busy somehow 🙄. It is a customer service based job and if she can't amount to that much then why is she even there. she didnt fill up a good portion of my noddles which were very bland also, thankfully the other coworker actually did her job without complaints but the lady with short hair just kept rushing like she had somewhere else to be aside from her job that she should be doing properly, put her in the back to cook so other people dont have to interact with her!

Normally I don't write reviews but this Manchu Wok is not it. I really like this place and always get from it but this specific location is kinda bad. I got the Lo mein noodles and honey garlic chicken and was disappointed. The noodles were okay, but were kinda dry and the chicken had this weird taste, almost like chemicals and window cleaner??? I ate most of my meal but after a while attempting to shove it down was sickening. I'm just going to hope this is a specific location thing, but this was pretty bad. I like this place too so it disappoints me to say this🙁

Honestly this place is a 10/10 the fried rice and noodles are SO good I come here at least once a week. Love it

We come all the time for the sesame chicken from out of town, we got all the way home yesterday and realized they gave the wrong chicken. We trust them so we don't eye ball everything they do, we called them to ask why it was sweet and sour they said that's the same sesame. No, we come all the time just for their sesame and know the taste, the sweet honey taste mmmmm that was not 😔
The poorest experience I have ever had, and after reading the other reviews, I can see that I am not the only one. Just because it’s a fast food place doesn’t mean that people need to be treated poorly too. Not worth your money, pls try any of the other ones in the mall.

I just got my meal and while I only had a couple bites, I tasted something off and i had ordered this dish before so I knew it wasn’t supposed to taste the way it did. I went back to them and said what had happened hoping to probably get a remake and the staffs immediate response was “this isn’t like a clothing store, how are we supposed to know if you are going to like it or not”. Baffled is an understatement, I wouldn’t want anyone to feel unheard in way and hence I give the 1 star because that is the least I can do.
