The poorest experience I have ever had, and after reading the other reviews, I can see that I am not the only one. Just because itâs a fast food place doesnât mean that people need to be treated poorly too. Not worth your money, pls try any of the other ones in the mall.

I just got my meal and while I only had a couple bites, I tasted something off and i had ordered this dish before so I knew it wasnât supposed to taste the way it did. I went back to them and said what had happened hoping to probably get a remake and the staffs immediate response was âthis isnât like a clothing store, how are we supposed to know if you are going to like it or notâ. Baffled is an understatement, I wouldnât want anyone to feel unheard in way and hence I give the 1 star because that is the least I can do.

I would not recommend this place at all I was there Friday and got food poisoning.
Things have changed to your absolutely the worst food ever. Broccoli soggy and very oily. Barely gave me any chicken. On top of the food being poor quality the staff and rude and miserable. I will not be back.

Today we went to manchu wok and watched the most disgusting thing take place. A man wanted a sample of food and than ask for a second sample. Instead of giving him a new toothpick she REUSED HIS TOOTHPICK AND HIS SONS. The man thought she was just taking the toothpick to toss but nope she put it right in the food. If they are okay to reuse toothpicks in food what are they doing behind the scenes.
Won't ever go there again.

Worst Chinese Food? ever for what you pay for you donât get much I got the noodles large noodles mushy I donât know whatâs going on with that. I got the chicken with no batter. Itâs a little red tasted like it was boiled and put underwater and it had a bad taste, like if you put it in a microwave and have it in the fridge for a couple days just gross. The beef and vegetables were OK, the gravy was pretty watery. I would never eat here again. Itâs quite the rip off.
i paid 23$ for 2 dishes (promotion applied on Ubereats), and both of them were terrible. only 3-4 pieces of beef for a 16.40 before tax meal ???? also i noted for no onion and pepper, they still put lots inside ??

They gave me old rice,the smell of the rice smelled old and sour and I had to throw it out,the meats are heavily breaded and there was barely any meat inside.I do not recommend Manchu wok in Hamilton,0 stars!
