It's McDonalds nothing to special, the service was great and not a long wait its in a nice location not to far from grand bends beach and walkable if you're close.

This is the worst location for customer service. Very rude an unapologetic when they make mistakes. They just try to dismiss you immediately and making it seem like you are lying. There is way too many options out there to be relying on this LOCATION.

Really bad service, hot coffee and fries was not fresh, when I asked for fresh they microwave my coffee and leave fries as is and said they only serve fresh food in morning. Pls let the customer know before they order food that your food is not fresh at the moment. Order time 1:46am.

I can’t even believe I’m writing a review for a McDonald’s. But holy, waited literally 19 minutes for 10 nuggets and a hot fudge sundae. The sundae came out melted and they didn’t give me a spoon. When I say came out I mean they made it and let it sit for almost 19 minutes before giving me my burnt nuggets and the fries were cold and not salty, straight from the bag, lobby’s disgusting Noones cleaning it. This place is awful

The worst customer service in the morning, why am I being yelled at to use the self checkout… the self checkout I’m not 100% sure on using . What’s the point of having people working…. If it’s a problem to take orders then y’all should let the Kiosks take your jobs .

Not very cool when you have to go to the bathroom and they keep the main doors opened
During my 10 minute wait for a simple meal I was able to see the staff checking their cell phones and then making peoples food without washing their hands or changing their gloves. Every table in this place was filthy. I got to see a lot of filthy things in those ten minutes. I asked for my money back and got the heck out of there!

The girl working the late shift completely ignores people standing outside waiting to pickup mobile orders. They have orders sitting on the table and won’t bring them outside with a line of people waiting.
I waited in line for an hour only For them to tell me they never got my order.

When picking up deliveries, the food is often ready and packed inside, but no one hands it over promptly. It feels like the staff are intentionally delaying the orders, which affects the customers'.

Absolutely terrible experience. First, they completely forgot about our order. After waiting way too long, we went to the window to ask where our food was, and the staff gave us attitude and literally closed the window on us mid-conversation. When we finally got our food, it was freezing cold—not even lukewarm. On top of that, they forgot the fries and sauces we paid for. When we went inside to get the missing items, the staff was rude again and made us wait another 30 minutes just to get what they should've given us in the first place. Never coming back.
