I went to the McDonald's on upper wentworth today and I got served by a young lady named khianna and if I could give more then 5 stars for her service I would!! that young lady had some of the best customer service I think I've ever had!! she was so patient and kind!

It was very quick. It was hot. But since when is the Junior chicken spicy? I know you're going to say it's not spicy. However the sweating on my forehead begs to differ LOL and I just called to speak to someone. Now I'm dissatisfied. They're telling me it's not spicy. They don't have a spicy chicken. Not only does it have the breading on the outside like a spicy chicken from another fast food place. Anyway most people would say it's mild but if your kids don't like spicy don't get a junior chicken. That's my advice

Rijuan was so helpful and great with us at the drive thru window. We loved having him serve us. Great customer service makes all the difference so we appreciated that so much!
I've been a regular Sunday customer for a while now, but I've been disappointed with the service lately. Over the past month, the service and attitude have been poor. The last two times I visited, one item was missing from my order, and I had to wait 10 minutes without anyone checking in. Hope this gets addressed soon. Employees are serving the items like they are giving free. And they are not giving bill too

Khianna is in my eyes what perfect customer service is. She not only took with stride attitude from a couple of customers and still did her job perfectly. Made my meal crispy and fresh while dealing with the stressors of the fast food industry. I also would like to shout out all the hard working people at this location. Despite all the stressors that I mentioned above, kids, people etc. Everytime I’ve ordered either in store or in the drive thru my food has always been cooked to perfection and fresh. Thank you so much to the whole team, life isn’t easy especially nowadays but you all show up every day and do the damn thang! Godbless 🙏🏽🫶🏽 P.S atmosphere was 2 stars because of outside factors that the workers couldn’t control. I would’ve put 1 star if it wasn’t for khianna making me feel safe and proud of her for standing up for herself and still getting back to work with no hesitation!
