This McDonalds stole my money. On August 15th I placed an order on the McDonalds app, the payment came out of my bank, and when I went to pick up my order they told me that the payment did not go through and that I would have to pay again. They did not care that I had a receipt emailed to me, or that I could show them the charge on my banking app. I said I would not pay a second time so I did not get my order. The lady at the window told me that the charge would be automatically reversed. Weeks later the charge has not been reversed. After emailing McDonalds support I was told that they do not offer refunds apparently even if you never received your food. What did I pay $22.65 for? Why is this so complicated? I paid for nothing, give me my money back. This has to be illegal.

I just went through the drive through at midnight after work, I sat in the drive thru for what felt like a very long time but when I got up to the window I overheard the employee at the window says “I’ve seen worse it’s okay you can go” to a follow employee. I asked if he was okay and he said yes, a person ahead of me was being rude and aggressive which held up the line but he handled it with grace and maturity. He was kind and inviting to me right after he was yelled at on the job which held shouldn’t even have to deal with. I watched him make my entire order alone and with a smile the whole time. His name tag said KJ and he was absolutely amazing. I hope they treat him right at this location because he seems like a confident and competent leader! He radiates kindness and compassion and that is so refreshing!

Terrible customer service went in drive thru at 2 am for coffee denied me service told me they won’t serve me and then proceeded to serve vehicle behind me. So much for 24hr service the worker behind the window should be fired. Such a disgrace to the fast food community.

Very clean place, spacious and very warm hosts We had our morning breakfast and it was served very well. The playing area is clean too This is different than any other places .

Just gave up trying to eat my chicken burger in the end. I've never found more hair in a burger, than burger. I don't want to be having someone's else's DNA in my mouth does no one wear hair nets?
