“When you first arrive, Etno Bar & Grill might look like just an ordinary restaurant tucked away in a small mall—but don’t be fooled. OMG—step inside and you’ll be blown away!

We ordered the meat platter, which easily serves 2–3 people, and it was absolutely phenomenal. Juicy, perfectly grilled meats packed with flavor. We paired it with a side salad and pita bread with their house-made spreadable cheese—creamy, tangy, and addictive!

Every bite was delicious, and the portions are generous. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, this place is absolutely worth a visit. Highly recommend!“

This place is the greatest and the owner is a total sweetheart, it's such a friendly and gentle place with truly spectacular food and I hope to visit it again in the near future! “I’ve been wanting to try Bernie’s for sometime now and I’m sure glad I got to today. The ambiance was a delight, the kitchen was busy with takeaway orders right when they opened and the bartender was nice. My pint of beer was nice and cold and my club sandwich was over the top awesome and left me feeling full. My girlfriend enjoyed the burger — which the beef patty looked house made- and my Caesar salad was made with fresh crunchy lettuce! We’ll definitely be back for more! Cheers!“

“Dined here for the first time last night and it was absolutely the best meal I’ve had in a very long time! Started with caprese salad and risotto balls which were perfect in every way. The fresh pesto with the caprese was a delicious and fresh twist. Risotto balls were stuffed and cooked beautifully and served on a bed of the best tomato sauce, I couldn’t bare to leave any on the plate. My partner had the beef tenderloin which made me envious but my pork schnitzel with mushroom demi, mashed potato’s and veggies couldn’t have been any better if they tried. A small and intimate atmosphere and the waitresses are very friendly and attentive in all the right ways. This is my new favourite spot, a true gem. Will be back many more times to try everything else on the menu!“

“I had what was probably one of the best and most uplifting experiences as a parent to two young kids the other day at Spencer’s. If you have a little one you know it can sometimes be tough sharing public spaces and eating out at restaurants. I was on a bit of an adventure day with my 12-month-old and 4-y/o and wanted a bite to eat. The staff made us feel welcome at every turn. Despite it being a more upscale environment they treated us just the same as any other guest (as they should, but still, it was refreshing). The host staff greeted us super warmly and helped me stow my stroller in coat check and also had it ready for me when we were leaving our table. Our server Ian and his support wait staff, were so understanding and empowering towards my toddler. They spoke to him, answered his questions, and even showed him to the washroom only request since my baby had fallen asleep on my lap while nursing and desperately needed that sleep! They cut my child’s kids meal in half, helped serve the food right to where he could reach it because my hands were tied. I got to eat my full hot meal out in the wild - solo parenting! Imagine! I will continue to choose Spencer’s and recommend it for occasions, and as a family friend locale. Thank you for the bottom of my heart team!“
