Got the pretzel bites with my sister and they were kind was just concerned I was gonna get a piece of hair in my food cause none of them were wearing hair nets and 2 of the people have long hair

When I go on Sunday the pretzels are always thin and crunchy. Not my favorite. Went again today (Tuesday) and it was great. Big and fluffy and warm. She saud it would be 5 min and it was. She had my pretzel bagged and ready to for me. She needs to train the Sunday staff so the product is always consistent.

The wait was a little long but anyone who loves a little snack made of bread, this place is a must try. My favourites are Toscana, Napolitano under salted pretzels and Nutella sweet pretzel. Will definitely try the cheese stick next time I visit the mall.
