I recently visited MySweetTooth for the first time for some treats and was so impressed with not only the flavours and variety but also with the amazing customer service I got from Joelle. She had incredible attention to detail, was very efficient, answered all my questions with great detail and knowledge, and even made some great suggestions (cheese tarts and sea salt Oreo cream puffs). I was very satisfied overall and will definitely be coming back.

The service was great, but unfortunately the jasmine flavor was pretty weak in my jasmine latte :( I also tried their strawberry cheese tart which tasted just ok. I came pretty late in the day so they were all out of cream puffs. I might try to come earlier if I visit again!

This is a hidden gem for anyone who enjoys southeast/east Asian bakeries, including mochi donuts, cream puffs, and boba! We have really enjoyed the cakes we have ordered here--the strawberry oreo was a crowd pleaser! The chiffon cake is light and pillowy while the cream is delightfully smooth and not too sweet!

Ordered the black sesame mochi cake for my dad's bday also got some puffs (sea salt cookie cream, vanilla & ube) & mochi donuts (jasmine, hk milk tea, matcha & churro). All of it was amazing & great flavour. Placed an order this morning for Hubby's bday for pick up this afternoon. This order I'm getting the pandan strawberry coconut cake and more puffs (ube, matcha, earl grey, salted caramel, pistachio, sea salt cookie cream) can't wait to try them.

The cake I picked up today looks nothing like the picture shown on the website (see the photos attached). I have never seen the icing on ANY store-bought cake look so sloppy, let alone one from a speciality bakery. The attempt at decorating the cake is embarrassing and shows a complete lack of skill and care. It is unacceptable to serve this to customers and I strongly advise everyone to think again before ordering from this store.
