I came here last monday morning November 10. It was my first time to try new york fries. I wasnt sure what to get but the guy who assisted me was very helpful and introduced me the products. I had a double cheese bacon poutine and a pop and it was perfect. I enjoyed it so much. I didn’t catch his name but he wears glasses and was polite. Would definitely come back to try that chili fries.

my boyfriend had a very poor experience with the employee taking his order. my boyfriend placed an order of a medium fry and the employee said “really?” in a rude tone making it sound like us just getting regular fries was an inconvenience for him or that he was being judgemental, he had tossed the box of fries in the bag with some napkins and gave them to him and when my boyfriend said thank you and told him to have a nice day his response was “whatever”. the food was great and had no issues there but was very disappointed with the customer service of this employee, we don’t feel very welcomed to go back.

I always look forward to stopping by New York Fries at Limeridge Mall because of Ronaa! She’s absolutely amazing — always welcoming, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make customers feel appreciated. Not only does she serve the BEST fries (crispy, fresh, and perfectly seasoned every time), but she also makes the whole experience better with her positive attitude and genuine smile.

Had an amazing experience today at New York Fries in Lime Ridge Mall, Hamilton! Ronna went above and beyond with her service. We ordered veggie fries and they were absolutely delicious – fresh, crispy, and perfectly made. Ronna added an extra sauce out of pure kindness, and even offered us a complimentary sample of seasoning, which was a great touch and made our day! Good food and nice environment 😍

I have not been to a New York fries in probably 10 years. The menu has changed (with new items) but was recommended by Anthony the Queso veggie fries and a plain dog Loaded with toppings. Perfect meal.
