Had an amazing experience today at New York Fries in Lime Ridge Mall, Hamilton! Ronna went above and beyond with her service. We ordered veggie fries and they were absolutely delicious – fresh, crispy, and perfectly made. Ronna added an extra sauce out of pure kindness, and even offered us a complimentary sample of seasoning, which was a great touch and made our day! It’s rare to see such genuine care and love in customer service. Keep doing the amazing work, Ronna! You truly made our visit special. Have a great day! 😊

Good food and nice environment 😍
I have not been to a New York fries in probably 10 years. The menu has changed (with new items) but was recommended by Anthony the Queso veggie fries and a plain dog Loaded with toppings. Perfect meal.

I just tried to call. No answer. I get you're busy, but I tried to call twice.
I pay for extra stuff, like extra cheese curds and bacon, which I didn't get.
Hardly anything is there
The box is only half full, for a large.
