Very good service and pizza. A medium was perfect for the two of us. They take pride in what they make and are able to make good suggestions.
The pizza crust is quite thin and crispy. Because of this, you won't leave feeling bloated.
The dining room is a bit austere, but we were the only people who were eating in. Everybody else had takeout.

We have been long time customers and we just tried for the last time. I'm not sure what happened but every pizza we have ordered over the past few months has been overcooked and gross. I suspect they are trying to cook the pizza quicker and have raised the cooking temperature because the toppings are ok (and sometimes undercooked) while the crust is WAY overcooked and tastes rubbery like reheated pizza on day two. Dry and gross. One of the things we liked about Pizza Nova was the consistency and unfortunately it has been consistently bad. The last time we complained we were told they are understaffed. Well, you might want to figure it out because the product is really suffering. We hung in but we are now moving on.
