Best pizza place at the Locke Street location! Ordered the half-and-half pizza, and it was pretty good—especially the crust, which was amazing!
Placed an order online to pick up. They forgot to make the order. When I walked in they said they forgot to make it then after waiting over 40 min after being told it was a 15 min wait they didn’t want to give a discount. They then claimed the printer wasn’t working so now all of a sudden the story changed. Don’t waste your time the pizza isn’t even that good.

It's cool that Pizzaiolo is in Hamilton, but I didn't feel the pizza lived up to the same quality as the ones I've had in Toronto or Port Credit Mississauga. I agree with another review that the pizza did feel a bit too greasy.

I was obsessed with this pizza place when they first opened but recently not so great burnt almost rock hard the dough didn't taste fresh as before maybe because it was over cooked not sure .. not much cheese or sauce either oh and I paid extra for basil this is what their basil pizza looks like 🤷♀️ when I complained I was told the basil was "hidden" under the cheese... When she lifted the cheese to show me there was a tiny piece of basil that was black no flavour at all I regret buying it when I got there.

Ordered 2 pizzas. The hawaiian pizza looked like it had chunks of blubber on it instead of bacon. The pepperoni pizza's tasted doughy. Customer service non-existent. Won't be back for over-priced and underwhelming pizza.
