I ordered for the first time and I messed up my order not realizing at first, put no tomato sauce on pizza, which I guess reasonably some people get...but when I received my pizza I didn't have sauce and obviously for me it didn't taste right...I called Queens and they explained my mistake on the online ordering system and were so friendly and went above and beyond to offer to make me 2 more pizzas and deliver them!! I recently had the pleasure of indulging in Queen Pizza, and I must say it has easily earned its title as the best pizza in Hamilton I have ever had in a very long time!The crust, a perfect balance of crispy and chewy, complemented by a delicate blend of herbs and spices. The cheese, a gooey delight, topped with Lots of topping cooked to perfection. One thing I liked was, the menu is diverse, catering to various tastes and preferences. this place is in my neighbourhood and me and my boyfriend go there all time the staff is friendly and the food is great I love this place great stuffed crust!!!!
