I had a disappointing experience with a guy who spoke Hindi but struggled to communicate effectively with customers. The interaction felt unprofessional and left me confused about my order. It seemed like a lack of training or understanding of customer service protocols. I hope the management provides better support and training for their staff in the future.

Just went there to get garlic bread they didn't even cook it properly! This is not the first time iv encountered bad cooking skills . I expect things to be cooked well not raw bread or what ever you may order . Very disappointed in there service .

Food was ok. The general cleanliness of this establishment was appalling. Grease all over kitchen walls, all tables filthy, garbage in front entrance and on stairs. Please clean up before you kill someone.

Quality has gone way down. Just ordered a large "meatlover's" pizza and chicken shawarma. Pizza was bland and lacking the main ingredient...meat. The shawarma was an absolute runny mess. We've ordered from them for years but rethinking that now.

Ordered the 2 medium specials with 3 items on each one. I checked off the 3 items on line for pickup and when I arrived home, 1 item from each pizza was incorrect. Can't anyone get anything right these days? Too many distractions. If you're going to order, better to phone in and have the order repeated back to you to confirm.
