Pizza was cold when picked up and was early for pick up which was 30 min wait time. ( was waiting outside the store ) pizza wasn’t even fully cooked dough was raw, had to finish baking it in my own oven when I got home, garlic bread was hard as a rock.

The Pizza is good in most regards.
Like Any pace, it all depends on who's cooking.
I have found sometimes the slabs are a little skimpy on the items. So we just order regular sized pizzas now. They are normal topping size.

Interior is filthy. Food used to be good for the price (large portions, bad quality, cheap price) but since they've raised prices I haven't gone. You're better off getting a frozen pizza over going here. It'll be tastier and cheaper

Unfortunately had a really bad experience here. My pizza order was messed up, and when I called to ask for a replacement, they refused to fix it. You could tell he didn’t care at all that the order was wrong. There was no apology, no effort to make things right, and I was just told ‘Nope,’ which honestly shocked me. Mistakes happen, but the attitude and lack of customer service were unacceptable. I’ll never be going back here.
