When I think of curry I think of this place

Was on the way to eat next door and the smell coming out of this place lured us in! It’s not properly singaged and can easily be missed, which is a shame! The service and food is incredible! We had papri chat, fish pakora, onion bhajia (sp?) & lamb korma- everything was so good! They also had mango cheetah beer which was so refreshing. Will definitely go back!!!

This restaurant really hit the spot when we were looking for a good place to fulfill our craving for some Indian food. The execution of every dish was perfect and delicious. They let you choose the level of spice that you would like in your dish which is a huge positive, and allows everyone to enjoy the food. The batter for the Pakora and Bhajiya was delicious and crispy, and these dipping sauces were the perfect pairing. I think the Himalayan Beer really stood out and paired really well with all the dishes. It’s a beer that isn’t sold in stores, and is locally brewed specifically for south Asian restaurants, so I highly recommend trying it. The butter chicken was sweet and velvety, and was a solid 10/10 for me. We also ordered the garlic naan which was fluffy and the perfect medium for the curry. I would put the execution and flavours above all other Indian restaurants that I’ve tried, so for me I’m going to go ahead and say that this is my favourite. An interesting note to add is that this cuisine is considered Royal Indian / Nepalese! I really enjoyed the vibe of the restaurant as well, dim lighting, well spaced out tables, family-owned vibe, and underground. If you’re thinking about giving them a try, please do, you will not be disappointed, we will absolutely be back to try more!
