Absolutely adore Secco, my husband and I have celebrated our anniversary here, my birthday, and many other events including high tea and brunch. Not only is the food divine and the drinks delicious, but the staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and kind.
The chef holds themself to such a high standard that they came out and apologized to me as he felt the last lobster tail they had was not good enough for us and did not meet secco standards and he did not want to serve it as he wanted the best for us, we were given a free appetizer and glasses of prosecco for this, and were highly impressed by not only the honesty, but the standard Secco holds itself to.
10/10 my favourite place to go in Hamilton ♥️

Food selection for the high tea tiers was amazing! However I wish the tea was pre stepped in pots than given tea bags. Service was great!

Overall, the place was totally under-staffed for a sold out Friday. 2 servers to cover all tables plus the bar plus service bar is insane. My wine and water glasses were empty 60% of the night and we would have spent a fortune if they were able to provide the service and attention expected. Decent vibe, food is mid but the steak was phenomenal. A successful girls night nonetheless but we'll be making a reso somewhere else next time.

We ordered the Secco plattter. It was basically a sampling of the menu. Everything was delicious, the truffle fries and black garlic aoli was so decadent. The service was outstanding! We love dining at Secco.

Secco is such a vibe.
My best friend and I went and everything we ordered was unreal. We started with the truffle parm fries: perfectly crispy, loaded with flavour, and impossible to stop eating. The spicy salmon sushi was fresh with just the right kick, and the chicken bao buns were next level: soft, fluffy buns with insanely flavourful chicken.
And let’s talk drinks… the espresso martini flight was chef’s kiss, so fun to try different variations, all perfectly balanced. We also had a few other cocktails and every single one was made beautifully.
The atmosphere is trendy and fun without feeling overdone, and the service was amazing… attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better.
Perfect spot for a night out with friends, great food, and even better drinks. We’ll definitely be back. 🍸✨🍣
