The food was very poor quality. Absolute garbage. My dog wouldn't eat that crap. Shitty fries,gravy and cheese curds. Chicken sandwich was a joke. Do not eat there.

Went in today at 2:40pm and ordered a traditional poutine. There was no line up and a couple of people sitting inside. I waited a few minutes and got my order, a small poutine that right away I noticed was completely covered in a ton of gravy. Curds did not and would not melt which I found odd. Some of the fries tasted semi hard still, as if not cooked enough and the rest tasted stale. I suspect these fries were not dropped fresh to order but were re-heated if not, cold. The huge amount of gravy seemed to be compensating for that. I've worked in kitchens and on fryers a lot in my life so I know what to expect, I was hoping for a lot better from this place.

We tried for the first time tonight and were pretty excited due to all the hype, but it was overpriced and not very good. The hot dogs were okay, but the poutine was very subpar, which was really surprising for a poutine restaurant. They used like turkey gravy, which just didn’t taste right & the fries were mushy. It was completely dead the whole time were there between 6:30-7 on a Saturday and they only had one person working, which really should’ve tipped us off. We won’t be back, you can get a way better poutine for half the price elsewhere..

A large poutine for 20 bucks and it was horrible not enough cheese. Wasn’t melted down at all. It was dead on a Friday night I should have known better. This place is trash.

Honestly... I've had better poutine at A&W.
The cheese curds are so bad, they don't melt enough. Gravy is ok I guess, and the fries are decent, but get mushy almost instantly. And the fries always taste slightly bitter, like they used old oil.
Got sick twice from their poutine as well.
Not really worth it.. I make a better poutine at home with oven fries, gravy mix, and pizza mozzarella...
Your stickers have been used to vandalize my vehicle. Maybe stop promoting stickers to stick on people property before a lawyer calls

I recently visited at smokes poutine with my friends . The employee was very friendly and welcoming, Suniti suggested us to try butter chicken poutine and it was really good and tasty. I will really love to come back at this store again and try more dishes.
