I was here on a Friday night when the place was half empty.
They were out of about a quarter of the menu items and don't notify you when an item you order is out. You'll have to chase down a waitress to find out if the rest of your order is being prepared or not available. The waitresses themselves were also rather inattentive and unfriendly, with an expression like you owed them fifty bucks.
The meat here is very tough and obviously not top notch or even close to it. We were served a few pieces with weird spots on them which we had to discard. The hotpot itself was rather tasteless and very poor quality in terms of ingredients used.
Charged about 80 bucks for two people and two drinks. Very poor value. Spend your money elsewhere. The only good thing I can say about here is at least it's clean.

Eating makes my body feel uncomfortable. I feel like vomiting and can't sleep at night?
Half of the items on the menu are not available, the service attitude is poor, food is served slowly, and the food is very frustrating.

My buddy and I sat there for 20 minuets, no one came to serve us , not even a cup of water. We waved to her and she smiled back left us waiting for another 10 minutes. We decided to stay cuz one of ua said he likes the decorations in this place. Finally she was ready ro serve our table. It took even longer for the kitchen to prepare the food . 30 minutes, only 2 tiny plates of beef and 1 Fronzen Fish Ball came up. I wish there was an option to rate this place negative.
